IEEE Northeast Brazil Section Annual Student and Young Professionals Meeting 2026
The 2026 IEEE Northeast Brazil Section Annual Student and Young Professionals Meeting will take place in Salvador, Bahia. This flagship event brings together students and young professionals from more than 20 Student Branches across the Section, fostering collaboration, leadership development, knowledge exchange, and networking opportunities. This year, the event is expected to attract over 150 participants.
IEEE Industrial Electronics Society Participation
The IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IES) will actively participate in the event through membership development and outreach activities. The Society will engage with attendees to showcase the benefits and opportunities available through IES, recruit new members, and strengthen its presence within the IEEE Northeast Brazil Section. Furthermore, the event will serve as a strategic platform for supporting the creation of new IES Student Branch Chapters and expanding the Society’s impact among students and young professionals throughout the region.
