The Hubs & Nodes Brazil — Integration and Action Planning Session is designed to strengthen connections among IEEE Industrial Electronics Society communities in Brazil and create a shared space for collaboration, visibility, and strategic planning. This workshop occurs in parallel to the 3rd IEEE IES SYP Congress.
The session brings together representatives from Hubs & Nodes Brazil, IEEE IES Student Branch Chapters, students, Young Professionals, volunteers, academics, and IEEE/IES leadership. Through presentations and collaborative discussions, participants will learn about ongoing activities across the Brazilian network, exchange experiences, identify opportunities for cooperation, and discuss priorities for future initiatives.
A central objective of the session is to connect local activities with the broader IEEE IES community. Representatives of the Nodes and Student Branch Chapters will have the opportunity to showcase their initiatives, achievements, challenges, and plans, while IEEE and IES leaders will provide perspectives on international programmes, opportunities, and Society priorities.
During the coffee break, the workshop will also feature a Student Branch Chapter Poster Exhibition, providing an additional opportunity for participating SBCs to showcase their activities, projects, achievements, and initiatives. The poster session will create an informal environment for networking, knowledge exchange, and direct interaction among chapter representatives, students, Young Professionals, and IEEE IES leaders.
The programme concludes with a collaborative planning session focused on defining concrete actions for Hubs & Nodes Brazil in 2026, helping transform the discussions and connections developed during the event into coordinated follow-up activities.
